ABOUT COURTNEY

"I didn't need to burn my life down. I needed to burn down who I thought I had to be."

I speak from the inside of the life you're living.

I did everything right. Westminster School. Yale. Tulane Law. Partner at an AmLaw 100 firm. A beautiful home. A growing family. From the outside, I had it all.

On the inside, I was completely disconnected. The only moments I actually felt alive were when the bass dropped loud enough at a concert that I couldn't hear my own thoughts. I was performing a life that didn't feel like mine — and I had no language for what was happening.

I thought the answer was to burn it all down. I served divorce papers. I had a very real plan to move to Sedona. I thought something dramatic had to change before I could feel different.

What I discovered instead changed everything. The problem wasn't my life. It was how far I had drifted from myself inside it.

Through a journey I write about fully in Prana Rising — one that included chronic illness, a marriage that almost didn't survive and then did, and an honest exploration of what it takes to come home to yourself — I found my way back. Not to a different life. To this one. But actually in it.

I am not a guru. I am not the answer. I am a fellow traveler who has been on the floor and found the way back up — and I am here to walk alongside you on yours.

PHILOSOPHY

This work is not about becoming someone new.

Most people believe transformation comes from finding the right method, teacher, or tool. I believe it only amplifies when it is personally resonant — felt and embodied in a way that aligns with your own inner compass, not someone else's prescription.

My work challenges the idea that there is one right way to heal, grow, or come home to yourself. Over 100 billion humans have walked this earth, and not one of them has ever been exactly the same. How could there be a single universal path?

What I offer is not a system to follow. It is a framework for finding your own. Your sovereignty is already inside you. I am here to help you remember it.
