The work draws on the Four Energy Generators, Heart-Mind Resonance, and somatic practices that help you reconnect with the intelligence your body has been holding the whole time. Not as a tool to optimize. As a homecoming.
Courtney is not a therapist and does not work as one. She is a fellow traveler who has been on the floor and found the way back — and who will walk alongside you on yours. The credentials and the story are both real. Neither makes her the answer. Your own inner compass is the answer. This work helps you remember how to listen to it.
